1. Order Processing Time

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number and link.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Delays & Lost Packages

• For delayed deliveries, please check your tracking link for real-time updates.
  
• If you believe your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@audiearco.com - we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  
• AudiEar is not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping details entered at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. While we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once your order has entered processing or has been shipped.

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund. Simply reach out to our customer service team to start the return process. We’re here to make it easy, smooth, and hassle-free!

Please note that return postage is at your expense. Once we receive the product in working order, we’ll issue your refund promptly.
